My Story

I know this terrain intimately

Hi, I’m Jonatan. After living through chronic neurological Lyme disease, my nervous system spent years in a persistent state of survival. That lived experience, along with my gradual journey toward greater stability, meaning, and health, has profoundly shaped how I understand healing and how I support others today.

My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you through this process with presence, steadiness, and deep respect for your nervous system’s pace.

Who this work is for

People come to this work with many different diagnoses and histories. What they often share is not a specific diagnosis, but a nervous system that has been under prolonged stress and is struggling to find its way back to safety.
