Support at your system’s pace
In 1:1 sessions, we work at your pace to support regulation, safety, and clarity in relation to stress, symptoms, or life challenges. All work is grounded in nervous system regulation, pacing, and compassion rather than pushing or fixing.
Sessions are held online. Many people work with me alongside doctors, therapists, or other healthcare providers. This work is designed to complement, not replace, medical or therapeutic care.
